Introduction
Emotional intelligence is a critical component of effective teamwork and conflict resolution. It involves the ability to understand and manage one’s own emotions, as well as the emotions of others.
In this training, we will explore the role of emotional intelligence in building and maintaining effective teams, as well as resolving conflicts within teams.
We will also discuss the importance of emotional intelligence in promoting positive teamwork, and provide strategies for improving emotional intelligence skills in team-building and conflict resolution.

- Bar-On’s Emotional Quotient Inventory: This assessment tool measures emotional intelligence through self-report and observation.
- The Four-Branch Model can be used to understand the different components of emotional intelligence and how they interact with each other.
