Introduction
A fear of failure is a common challenge that many employees face, and it can often hold individuals back from taking risks and pursuing their goals. In this skills training, participants will learn how to overcome a fear of failure and embrace risk-taking as a means of learning and growth. By the end of this session, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of strategies for overcoming fear of failure and be equipped with the tools and strategies needed to take on challenges and pursue their goals with confidence.

- Participants will complete a self-assessment to determine their level of risk tolerance and identify strategies for managing risk.
- Participants will work in small groups to identify their fears and develop strategies for overcoming them using the Fear Ladder.
- Participants will apply the Growth Mindset to a real-world scenario.

- The Growth Mindset: This framework posits that individuals who embrace a growth mindset, or the belief that their abilities can be developed through effort and learning, are more likely to take on challenges and pursue their goals with confidence.
- The Fear Ladder: This framework outlines a structured approach for addressing and overcoming fear, including the identification of triggers and the development of coping strategies.
- The Risk Tolerance Spectrum: This model is used to assess an individual’s level of risk tolerance and to develop strategies for managing risk in a way that is aligned with their personal values and goals.
