Introduction
Effective leadership requires a combination of self-awareness and the ability to adapt to different situations. In this skills training workshop, we will explore various frameworks and techniques for identifying and developing leadership strengths. This session is designed for new and junior managers looking to improve their leadership skills and better understand their own leadership style.

At the end of this session, participants will have a better understanding of the different leadership styles and their strengths and limitations. They will have identified their own leadership strengths and areas for development, as well as learned strategies for adapting their style to different situations. Participants will leave this session with a plan for improving their leadership skills and increasing self-awareness, equipped with the tools and knowledge to effectively lead and motivate their teams.
