- Strategies for Unplugging and Recharging: In pairs or small groups, participants will brainstorm and share strategies for unplugging from technology and taking breaks to recharge. They will explore practical ways to disconnect from gadgets and engage in activities that nurture well-being.
- Creating a Tech Addiction Reduction Toolkit: In collaboration, participants will develop a toolkit focused on reducing technology addiction and finding a healthier relationship with devices. They will compile resources, tips, and actionable steps to support themselves and others in managing technology use.
- Applying Strategies through Practical Exercises: Participants will engage in exercises designed to apply the strategies they’ve learned such as setting designated tech-free times, creating a personalized device usage plan, or participating in mindful gadget use. They will reflect on their experiences and insights gained.
