  • Mindset Trait Observation: Participants identify real-life examples of fixed and growth mindset traits in the workplace. They learn to recognize how these mindsets manifest in different situations.
  • Limiting Belief Transformation: Participants individually identify a limiting belief or negative self-talk pattern that hinders their professional growth. They then brainstorm and share strategies to reframe these beliefs with a growth mindset perspective. This exercise encourages self-awareness and practical application of growth mindset principles.
  • Goal Setting and Reflective Journaling: Participants set specific career goals they’d like to achieve with a growth mindset. They commit to a regular journaling practice where they reflect on their progress, challenges faced, and lessons learned. This exercise encourages goal-oriented, growth-focused thinking.
