Introduction
Making decisions under pressure can be challenging, as stress and time constraints can affect our ability to think clearly and make good judgments.
In this skills training workshop, we will delve into the challenges of making decisions in high-stress situations, and offer strategies for making effective decisions under pressure.
Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, we will learn how to manage stress and make better decisions in high-stress environments.
