Introduction
This Men’s Health session on dealing with domestic violence against men is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the causes, effects, and ways to address domestic violence experienced by men.
The workshop will cover the signs, symptoms, and the impact of domestic violence on men, as well as the ways to cope with it, and seeking help and support.

Overall, the goal of this workshop is to empower men to take control of their safety, and make positive changes for a happier and healthier life.
