This workshop will utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, and interactive exercises. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the skills they have learned through role-plays and case studies. There will also be time for Q&A, where participants can ask questions and get feedback from the facilitator.

This workshop will combine both theoretical and practical elements, with a focus on providing participants with the skills and knowledge they need to create an awesome employee wellness week. The theoretical portion of the workshop will cover the benefits of employee wellness, the role of the manager in promoting it, and the various frameworks and techniques that can be used to support employee well-being. The practical portion of the workshop will involve interactive exercises and role-plays, where participants can practice these skills in a safe and supportive environment.
