Time management activity: Participants take a few minutes to reflect on how they currently spend their time and energy during a typical work week. They identify any areas changes could be made to create more balance.
Self-care brainstorming: In small groups, participants come up with a list of at least 10 self-care activities that they can do to take breaks and recharge during the work day.
