Introduction
Conflict is a natural part of any relationship, and it is especially common in the workplace where individuals with different personalities, goals, and perspectives may come into contact with one another. While conflicts can sometimes be resolved easily and quickly, they can also escalate and lead to serious problems if not addressed effectively.
