Leaders play an important role in conflict resolution in teams and organizations. They can model effective conflict resolution skills and support and facilitate conflict resolution efforts.
In this training, we will explore the role of conflict resolution in leadership and discuss how leaders can model and facilitate effective conflict resolution in their teams and organizations.
