In this training, we will explore the role of conflict resolution in leadership and discuss how leaders can model and facilitate effective conflict resolution in their teams and organizations.

  2. The Leadership Styles Framework: This framework identifies different leadership styles, including authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire, and the impact of these styles on conflict resolution. 
  3. The Five Styles of Conflict Resolution: This model identifies five styles of conflict resolution, including competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating, and the benefits and drawbacks of each style.
