Introduction
Diversity and inclusion are important values in the workplace, and conflicts related to diversity and inclusion can arise. It is important to address these conflicts in a respectful and inclusive manner and use conflict resolution techniques to resolve them.
In this training, we will explore the role of conflict resolution in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and discuss the importance of addressing conflicts related to diversity and inclusion.
We will also provide strategies for resolving these conflicts in a respectful and inclusive manner.

- The Diversity Iceberg Model: This model illustrates the different levels of diversity and inclusion, including visible and invisible differences, and the importance of addressing both surface-level and deeper-level diversity issues.
- The Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory: This tool is used to assess an individual’s preferred style of dealing with intercultural conflicts, including integrating, obliging, dominating, and avoiding.
- The Johari Window: This model is used to increase self-awareness and improve communication and understanding between individuals by revealing unknown or hidden aspects of one’s self to others.
- The Diversity Iceberg Model can be used to understand the different levels of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and identify areas for improvement in promoting diversity and inclusion.

They will have the opportunity to practice applying these strategies through practical exercises and develop skills for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace through effective conflict resolution.
Participants will leave the training with the tools and confidence needed to effectively address and resolve conflicts related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
