Introduction
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to health and safety in the workplace is essential for the well-being of employees and the smooth operation of a business.
In this Health & Safety Training Program/Workshop, participants will learn about the legal requirements related to health and safety in the workplace and how to ensure compliance with those requirements.
The aim of this session is to equip employees and managers with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and meet their legal obligations in relation to health and safety.

- Participants will work in small groups to develop a set of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations in a simulated work setting.
- They will be given a list of relevant laws and regulations and will be asked to identify the key requirements and develop policies and procedures to meet those requirements.
- The group will then present their policies and procedures to the rest of the class for feedback and discussion.
At the end of this session, participants will have gained a thorough understanding of the legal requirements related to health and safety in the workplace and will have the knowledge and skills needed to identify and meet their legal obligations in relation to health and safety.
They will also be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with those obligations and will be aware of record-keeping and reporting requirements related to health and safety
