Introduction
Singing is a fun and uplifting activity that can bring people together and improve overall well-being.
In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to sing in a group setting and learn about the benefits of singing for the mind and body.

- Introduction to the benefits of singing, including stress relief and improved mood
- Basic vocal technique and breath control
- Practice with different singing styles and genres
- Group singing activities and games
- Tips for improving singing skills and finding joy in singing
- Demonstration and guidance from the instructor
- Group activities and exercises to encourage participation and creativity
At the end of this session, participants will have had the opportunity to sing and connect with others in a group setting. They will have learned about the benefits of singing and gained some basic vocal technique.
They will have had the chance to practice and experiment with different singing styles and will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to continue singing and finding joy in it.
