  • Enlightening Workspace Transformation: Using ergonomic principles covered in the session, participants will reimagine and adjust their workspaces. They will optimize lighting, screen positioning, and seating to ensure a conducive environment for their eyes.
  • Refreshing 20-20-20 Breaks – Participants will integrate the 20-20-20 rule into their work routine. Every 20 minutes, they will look at a point 20 feet away for 20 seconds, providing their eye muscles with essential relaxation.
  • Dynamic Eye Revitalization – Participants will engage in straightforward eye exercises. They will gently rotate their eyes in clockwise and counterclockwise directions, effectively reducing eye strain and revitalizing their visual focus.
