Practical Exercises

  • Reflective exercise: Participants will take a few minutes to reflect on the state of their current living or workspace and identify any areas that could benefit from decluttering and organizing.
  • Decluttering exercise: Participants will use the tips and strategies learned in the session to map out or start the process of decluttering and organizing one area of their home or workspace, setting a goal for completion.
  • Maintenance strategy brainstorming: Participants will generate a list of strategies for maintaining a decluttered and organized space, such as setting a cleaning schedule or implementing a “one-in, one-out” policy for possessions.
