  • Feedback and Active Listening Pair Activity: Participants will provide constructive feedback to each other on a specific topic or task. The listener practices active listening skills, focusing on understanding and empathizing with the speaker’s perspective.   • Team Goal Setting and Action Planning: Participants set specific trust and communication-related goals for themselves and their teams.
