  • Trust Challenge Scenarios: Participants will engage in a series of trust-building scenarios that simulate common workplace challenges related to trust and communication. They will work in teams to navigate these scenarios, emphasizing the importance of trust, authenticity, and clear communication in resolving issues.
  • Feedback and Active Listening Pair Activity: Participants will provide constructive feedback to each other on a specific topic or task. The listener practices active listening skills, focusing on understanding and empathizing with the speaker’s perspective. This exercise reinforces the role of respectful and empathetic communication in building trust.
  • Team Goal Setting and Action Planning: Participants set specific trust and communication-related goals for themselves and their teams.
