This presentation will provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to build self-esteem and confidence. It will cover topics such as understanding self-esteem, challenging negative thoughts, and strategies for building self-confidence, self-care, setting realistic goals and seeking support.

  • Participants will engage in self-reflection exercises by identifying their strengths, abilities and past accomplishments.
  • They will practice challenging and reframing negative thoughts and beliefs about themselves through journaling and group discussions.
  • Participants will set goals for themselves and develop a plan for achieving them, as well as learning how to implement self-care and mindfulness practices in their daily lives.

By the end of this workshop, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of the importance of self- esteem and confidence and the role it plays in their overall well-being. They will have the tools and resources they need to improve their self-esteem and confidence, including practical exercises for self-reflection, challenging negative thoughts, goal setting and self-care.
