Introduction

This presentation will provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to build self-esteem and confidence. It will cover topics such as understanding self-esteem, challenging negative thoughts, and strategies for building self-confidence, self-care, setting realistic goals and seeking support.

- Participants will engage in self-reflection exercises by identifying their strengths, abilities and past accomplishments.
- They will practice challenging and reframing negative thoughts and beliefs about themselves through journaling and group discussions.
- Participants will set goals for themselves and develop a plan for achieving them, as well as learning how to implement self-care and mindfulness practices in their daily lives.
By the end of this workshop, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of the importance of self- esteem and confidence and the role it plays in their overall well-being. They will have the tools and resources they need to improve their self-esteem and confidence, including practical exercises for self-reflection, challenging negative thoughts, goal setting and self-care.
The workshop will also emphasize the importance of seeking support from loved ones, professionals and community resources. Overall, the goal of this workshop is to empower men to take control of their self-esteem and confidence and improve their overall well-being.
