This training will provide an overview of strategies and techniques for building resilience and coping with setbacks, with a focus on practical exercises and tools that can be applied in daily life.

- Techniques for managing stress and anxiety
- Strategies for building a supportive network and seeking help when needed

Practical exercises:

- Gratitude Journaling: Participants will start a daily gratitude journal, where they can write down three things they’re grateful for each day.
- Identify Their Coping Strategies: Participants will be guided through an exercise to identify their own coping strategies that have helped them in the past to deal with setbacks.
- Reframing Negative Thoughts: Participants will learn how to identify and reframe negative thoughts that may arise when faced with setbacks. They
