- Change agent simulation exercise – Participants will work in teams to simulate a change initiative and identify the key competencies required for success.
- Diversity and inclusion brainstorming session – Participants will brainstorm strategies for building diverse and inclusive change teams.
- Change readiness assessment – Participants will assess their organization’s readiness for change using a provided tool and develop strategies for improving readiness.
