  5. Developing mechanisms to track progress and measure results.

Practical exercises

(included in 90-min and Half Day sessions)

  1. Accountability Action Plan: Participants will identify specific actions they can take to promote accountability within their teams and outline a plan for implementation.
  2. Accountability Scenarios: Participants will engage in group discussions and analyze realistic scenarios to identify accountability challenges and propose effective solutions.
  3. Peer Feedback Exercise: Participants will practice providing constructive feedback to their peers on areas related to accountability, such as meeting deadlines or fulfilling commitments.

  1. RACI Matrix: This framework clarifies roles and responsibilities by defining who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed for each task or decision.
  2. OKRs (Objectives and Key Results): OKRs help set clear, measurable goals and track progress, fostering individual and team accountability.
  3. Feedback Model (SBI): The Situation-Behavior-Impact model provides a structure for delivering feedback, emphasizing specific behaviors and their impact on outcomes.
