At the end of this session, leadership and management will have a strong foundation in the principles and practices of building a connected workplace culture, and will have developed the skills to effectively implement frameworks and strategies for creating such a culture in the workplace. They will be able to use tools such as the Culture Change Compass and the Employee Engagement Pyramid to guide cultural change and improve employee engagement, and will have a strong understanding of best practices for building a connected workplace culture. They will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters trust, collaboration, and connection among employees, and to lead with confidence in an uncertain and rapidly-changing business environment.
