  • Understanding Memory and Cognitive Function: Participants will learn about the various types of memory and how they work, as well as the factors that can impact memory and cognitive function.
  • Enhancing Memory and Cognitive Function: Participants will learn about various strategies and techniques that can be used to enhance memory and cognitive function, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
  • Practicing Memory Skills: Participants will learn about different techniques for memorizing information, including mnemonic devices, visualization techniques, and the use of semantic maps, applying Retrieval Practice, Incorporating Interleaving, Engaging in Elaborative Rehearsal and Utilizing Spacing Repetition.

Practical Exercises

Throughout the session, participants will engage in practical exercises and activities designed to help them understand and apply the concepts covered. These may include memory exercises, retrieval practice activities, and other practices that promote improved memory and cognitive function. (Practical exercises are included within 90-min sessions)
