- Enhancing Memory and Cognitive Function: Participants will learn about various strategies and techniques that can be used to enhance memory and cognitive function, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
- Practicing Memory Skills: Participants will learn about different techniques for memorizing information, including mnemonic devices, visualization techniques, and the use of semantic maps, applying Retrieval Practice, Incorporating Interleaving, Engaging in Elaborative Rehearsal and Utilizing Spacing Repetition.
