Introduction
Our barre or ballet-inspired fitness classes offer a low-impact workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance. These classes are designed to promote overall wellness and improve employee health and well-being. Our experienced instructors will guide your employees through each session, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and develop their skills.

Classes are usually 45/60-min and begin with a warm-up to get your employees’ muscles ready for the workout. The main workout focuses on a combination of small, precise movements and isometric holds that challenge the muscles and promote balance. The class concludes with a cool-down to help employees recover and stretch.
The safety of your employees is our top priority. Our instructors will provide a thorough explanation of each technique and its proper execution to prevent injury. It is important that employees listen to the instructions and follow them carefully. If any of your employees have medical conditions or injuries, they must inform the instructor before the class starts.
