Introduction
Asking probing questions is an important skill in communication and problem-solving. In this skills training workshop, we will learn how to ask open-ended, critical questions in order to clarify information and explore different perspectives.

- 5W1H – a framework that helps individuals ask open-ended, critical questions by focusing on the “5Ws” (who, what, when, where, why) and “1H” (how) of a situation.
- Socratic method – a framework that helps individuals develop critical thinking skills through questioning and dialogue.
- Questioning techniques – a framework that helps individuals ask effective questions in different situations, including probing questions.
- Applying strategies for using probing questions in daily work tasks and decision-making
- Clarifying information and exploring different perspectives through effective questioning in meetings, presentations, and other work-related interactions

- Participants will practice using the 5W1H framework to formulate and ask open-ended, critical questions
