Introduction

Art jamming is a fun and creative activity that allows individuals to express themselves through art. It is a great way to relax, de-stress, and tap into your creative side. In this workshop, we will explore the benefits of art jamming, and provide some tips and techniques for creating your own art.

This workshop is designed to get creative juices flowing.

Details​

In this session, employees will be introduced to artistic tricks such as building up contrast, constructing 3D effects, and creative visualization techniques. With expert guidance and live demonstration, you will gain some insights into the foundations of composing your own image and artwork.

Basic art materials required include graphite pencils or colored pencils, eraser, sharpener, and paper watercolor, acrylics, charcoal, and pastels.

These sessions are delivered in both virtual and in-person formats to accommodate the varying needs of employees.

  • For virtual sessions, participants will be provided with a detailed supply list, and will be expected to source their own materials. The instructor will lead the session through a virtual platform, guiding participants through the creative process and offering feedback and support.
  • For in-person sessions, all necessary materials will be provided. The instructor will lead the class in a designated space, providing hands-on guidance and demonstrations as needed. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with one another and to engage in a collaborative creative experience.

The goal of these art classes is to provide employees with a stress-relieving outlet that also promotes creativity and personal growth.
