Introduction
Anger and unhealthy coping mechanisms can have a significant impact on a man’s physical and emotional well-being. This Men’s Health session on managing anger and unhealthy coping mechanisms is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the causes, effects, and ways to address anger and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
The workshop will cover the various causes of anger, such as stress, trauma, and certain medical conditions. Participants will also learn about the signs and symptoms of anger and the potential health consequences. In addition, the workshop will cover various coping strategies that can be used to manage anger and unhealthy coping mechanisms, including relaxation techniques, communication skills, and seeking professional help.
