Introduction
Substance abuse and addiction is a serious issue that can have a significant impact on the health, well- being and productivity of individuals in the workplace. Substance abuse can lead to a host of physical and mental health problems, and addiction can cause severe disruptions in personal and professional life. The effects of substance abuse and addiction can be felt not just by the individual but also by their co-workers, employer, and the organization as a whole.
The workshop will cover a wide range of topics related to substance abuse, including the different types of substances that are commonly abused, the signs and symptoms of addiction, and the potential physical and mental health consequences of long-term substance use, as well as various treatment options available.

They will have the tools and resources they need to make informed decisions and take positive steps towards improving their overall health and well-being.
The importance of seeking help and support from loved ones, professionals, and community resources will also be emphasized.
