    • Participants work in groups to identify challenges and opportunities for building resilience in their work settings.
    • They develop strategies to address these challenges.
  3. Adaptation Role-Play:
    • Participants engage in role-play scenarios that require them to adapt to change and embrace new challenges.
    • They practice various strategies and approaches to building and maintaining resilience.
