  • Participants will complete a self-assessment using the Adaptive Leadership Framework to identify their strengths and areas for improvement in terms of adaptability and leadership.
  • Participants will work in groups to brainstorm and identify challenges and opportunities for adaptability in their work settings, and will develop strategies to address these.
  • Participants will role-play different scenarios where they need to lead and manage a team through times of change, and will practice using different strategies and approaches to adapt effectively.
