The training will include a combination of theoretical and practical elements, with a focus on hands-on exercises and group discussions.

  1. The first framework that will be used in this training is the “Diversity and Inclusion Model,” which outlines the benefits of diversity and provides strategies for creating an inclusive workplace.
  2. The second framework is the “Cultural Intelligence Model,” which helps individuals develop their cultural intelligence and navigate cultural differences effectively in the workplace.
  3. The third framework is the “Unconscious Bias Model,” which helps individuals understand and mitigate the impact of unconscious biases in the workplace.

These frameworks can be leveraged within work settings by applying the strategies and techniques outlined in each model to real-world situations.
