In this skills training workshop, we will explore the role of adaptability in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and discuss strategies for fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture that values and supports adaptability.

- The second framework is the “Cultural Intelligence Model,” which helps individuals develop their cultural intelligence and navigate cultural differences effectively in the workplace.
- The third framework is the “Unconscious Bias Model,” which helps individuals understand and mitigate the impact of unconscious biases in the workplace.
These frameworks can be leveraged within work settings by applying the strategies and techniques outlined in each model to real-world situations.
