In this training, we will explore the benefits of collaboration in terms of adaptability, and how it can help us navigate change and uncertainty more effectively. We will also learn about different strategies for building and maintaining professional partnerships that support adaptability, and how to leverage these collaborations to create a more adaptable and resilient team or organization.

- The Adaptability Quotient (AQ) Framework: This framework suggests that adaptability is a combination of four key factors: cognitive flexibility, emotional intelligence, physical vitality, and social agility.
- The Change Management Model: This model outlines a systematic approach to dealing with change, including the stages of denial, resistance, exploration, and commitment.
- The Collaboration and Partnership Model: This model outlines a systematic approach to building and maintaining effective collaborations and partnerships, including the stages of exploration, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- The AQ Framework can be used to assess and improve one’s adaptability skills, and to create development plans and goals.
- The Change Management Model can be applied to facilitate and manage organizational change processes and to help leaders and teams navigate and adapt to new situations and challenges.
- The Collaboration and Partnership Model can be used to assess and improve one’s collaboration and partnership skills, and to create development plans and goals.

- Participants will complete a self-assessment using the AQ Framework to identify their strengths and areas for improvement in terms of adaptability.
- Participants will work in groups to brainstorm and identify potential collaboration and partnership opportunities in their work settings, and will develop strategies to build and maintain these partnerships.
- Participants will role-play different scenarios where they need to collaborate with others to navigate change and uncertainty, and will practice using different strategies and approaches to adapt effectively.
At the end of this session, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of the benefits of collaboration in terms of adaptability, and will have learned about different strategies for building and maintaining professional partnerships that support adaptability.
They will also have explored strategies for leveraging collaborations to navigate change and uncertainty, and will have practiced applying these strategies in real-life scenarios.
Participants will be able to take these skills and strategies back to their work settings, and use them to build and maintain effective partnerships that support adaptability and success.
