  1. Boundary-Setting Exercise: Participants will engage in a guided exercise to define and communicate their personal work-life boundaries, identifying specific actions to uphold these boundaries effectively.
  2. Time Audit and Prioritization Activity: Participants will conduct a time audit to assess their current allocation of time and identify opportunities for prioritizing personal wellbeing. They will develop strategies to align their schedule with their core values and priorities.
  3. Personalized Work-Life Integration Plan: Participants will create a personalized action plan, incorporating the techniques and strategies discussed, to integrate work and personal life more effectively.
